This program is for serious trainees who are limited on training space, equipment, and time. I'm a firm believer in using your body as a tool for building a strong, lean, and capable body. For the next 18 weeks, you will build your body using just kettlebells and calisthenics. You will increase your speed, power, strength, endurance, and conditioning in 45 minutes or less per day.
First, you'll start the 45 Days of Discipline program where you will train for 45 Days in a row. You will implement nutrition, recovery, and stress reducing strategies while bringing your body to higher levels of strength, conditioning, and levels of leanness you might not have ever had before. This program is intense and requires a gut check on a daily basis to complete, but YOU can do it.
In phase 2: the 12 Week Kettlebell and Calisthenics Hybrid. This is a 3-day a week program focusing on building strength, power, and muscular endurance. This will test you in ways you might not expect. The sessions are short, but intense with the goal of raising performance in fewer training sessions each week. Initially developed for Johnny Buck as he prepared to win a brown belt, jiu jitsu world championship. We had to plan this out well, it had to work within the constraints of time to fit a high level competitor with a busy schedule. You'll see your performance increase just as he did.

This program was written as a tribute to my former coach, the late Terence Mitchell. It is purely Bodyweight and kettlebell training.
A: I tell my current athletes if you cannot move your own body, you are in trouble. I found myself there in 2020. I couldn’t do a single pull-up without assistance. So I trained with Terence and took a 0 pull-ups without assistant to over 10 in a set without any help, and at a Bodyweight of 280 pounds.
I’m also a firm believer that sometimes you need a reset, and this program does that. You will be challenged and if you embrace the challenge of completing the program your performance will go through the roof.
