How we are different - Each month, new concepts are introduced to keep your training from getting stale or boring.  We even have training phases that shift between muscle building, maximal strength development, and fat loss. This keeps you physically more robust and more physically balanced the longer you stay with us.

2.  No nutrition guidance or a single nutrition program that does not change.

This is a common problem with online training.  You either are left on your own island to figure out nutrition, or you are given a single nutrition program that offers little variability as you continue making process.  This is where Monstrousitous Strength and Performance excels.  We provide nutrition guidelines that begin with making better food choices into full-fledged guidelines for you to follow, where you will learn what works best for your body type.  Each month, we include something new to keep you progressing, whether you want to gain muscle, lose body fat, or a combination of the two (recomposition).
