A brief questionairre, fill it out and return it to your coach. Once received you will have a plan in place within 48 hours.
Start your training, fill out your training log spreadsheet, and do your weekly check-ins. We will guide you to the highest levels of performance from there.

With VIP Coaching, we will speak weekly by text or video conference about what is working well with your program and what isn’t. We will select the exercises that fit you best to obtain optimal results in strength and muscularity and modify your weights and rep ranges to meet those goals.
Being you are a 1-on-1 client, we will select a goal, muscle gain or fat loss, and then take into account food allergies, intolerances, and build the plan to help you reach your goals. As long as you are enrolled in VIP coaching, I will send you diet updates to continue building progress until you have met your goals, then we will find a sustainable plan to keep you looking and feeling your best.
Each client gets their workout via Google Sheets, each exercise is linked for viewing/, and I’m a text away when it comes to questions. The workout sheets allow you to enter your weight, sets, and reps for each exercise. You also get a notes box where I can get your input and feedback from the session. I use our conversations, videos, and written notes to modify the program week to week. If something isn’t working, we fix it.
From a nutrition staindpoint - we use calorie cycling to get results. Some days you will eat more, some days less, and through the cycling of calories, we can build and maintain more muscle while reducing bodyfat levels. We also do weekly check-ins with clients evaluating bodyweight and client pictures to make dietary changes to guide you into peak performance.
