The answer always begins with it depends. If you have minimal equipment but access to a pull-up bar, some dumbbells or kettlebells only, the 45 Days of Discipline and the 12 Week Hybrid is the way to go. You will be challenged in ways not every program will - not only is it physically demanding but also rewarding in the 10 habits that are enforced throughout. You will learn stress relief tools, learn to unpack your life, and be rewarded with greater health and vitality as an end product.
If you enjoy more traditional training with barbells, dumbbells, and traditional machine based exercises then the Hypertrophy Template is for you. This is a 4 day per week program using various set types to produce optimal results. With 3 different volume tiers which control the amount of work you are doing, there is something for everyone.
Lastly, if you’re a competitor, or have defined fitness goals (preparing for a wedding, reunion, just want to look better at a family reunion) then 1-on-1 training is for you. I will build, adjust, and guide you through the training process from a strength, cardio, and nutrition standpoint so you reach your goals.
I use calorie cycling with clients. We use low, medium, and high calorie days which helps us hold on to muscle tissue, minimize fat gain, and improve performance vs a traditional static calorie plan over the course of a week.
With every program I write, I link videos on how to execute them. That way we minimize the chance of injury, and maximize your chance to personal success. For 1-on-1 clients, I also do coaching via a video messaging app (Marco Polo) for instant feedback on how to correct technique so you get the most out of it.

Within the Monstrousitous U Facebook page, I include a list of substitutions you can use if the equipment suggested isn’t available. These substitutions are the same ones I use at home with my home gym, so there will not be a drop-off in results or performance.
A squat rack or squat stand, bench, barbell and free weights are all you need. If you can purchase a high low pulley system from Spud Inc, (https://www.spud-inc-straps.com)you realistically have all you will need.
